The 54th GRAMMY Awards will be on February 12. Nicki is performing and is nominated for three awards, including Best New Artist.

Some of America’s biggest stars are invading the BRIT Awards. Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, and Jay-Z and Kanye West have been announced as nominees at Britain’s prestigious awards show.

Four-time Grammy nominee Nicki Minaj is up for International Breakthrough Act, vying against Aloe Blacc, Bon Iver, Foster the People, and Lana Del Rey.

Nicki is nominated for Best New Artist at the 2012 GRAMMYs! This could be the first time a female rapper could win a GRAMMY award in ten years. A rapper hasn’t won this award since 1992, but I think Nicki could beat those records! Nicki is also nominated for Best Rap Album and Best Rap Performance (Moment 4 Life).

Nicki also presented the nominees for Record of the Year at the beginning of the GRAMMY Nominations Concert live at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. Check out photos of her presenting on stage below, as well as with LL Cool J!
